13th month development

Since I have no time to update my blog regularly, I decided to have a monthly posting on Kayden's development.

He can:
1) walk unassisted now. (Amazing to see his development from taking a few steps unassisted at the beginning of the month to walking a rather long distance within a couple of weeks)
2) parrot what we are saying. so cute to see him doing that.
3) say 'bor' (the teochew word for 'no'. think he heard my mum saying it very often)
4) able to pronounce a couple more words such as 'more', 'there', 'apple', 'book'.
5) point to the things he want or place he wanted to go.
6) identify the objects he sees daily such as bolster, book, fan, clock, tv, light, shirt, etc.
7) tiptoe
8) squat
9) say 'pa pa' ('scared' in chinese) and pat his chest.
10) mimic actions such as putting a handkerchief on his chipmunk's chest and using a bottle to feed himself.

So interesting to see him learning different things. really hope to have more time with him. He's also getting more sticky by the day. will cry (not sure if he's faking it) when daddy and mummy go for work. will say 'bor' when we leave his sight with his hand gesturing showing that we are no longer there. haha...
